The way of Tai Chi

This is a beginners’ Tai Chi workshop intertwined with chi kung exercises. Tai Chi Ch’uan is an ancient Chinese system of exercise that helps to bring the mind and body into harmony. We will discover how the five essential qualities of Tai Chi – slowness, lightness, clarity, balance and calmness – are combined in the movements. Tai Chi can be practiced as a way of life, its slow and graceful movements showing us how to live a healthier and more tranquil life.
