1.  Standard Rate – This includes accommodation, food and basic running costs for the centre plus a surcharge to cover travel for the teacher.
2. Generous Rate – This includes the above plus a dana contribution to Emoyeni for upkeep and improvements to the centre and other eventualities.
   Plus Suggested rate for Teacher’s dana: (not included in the above rates). This is a sliding scale suggestion as to how much to contribute to the teacher.

Using mantra and sacred sound in our meditation and yoga practice is a technique to raise our dominant vibrational frequency and this aids us in re-connecting with our-selves on a deep level.

Sacred Sound serves as a psycho acoustic gateway to heightened states of awareness that we will explore in depth. During our sacred retreat time we will move into healing sound immersion, yoga asana and breath-work to connect deeply with our inner source. We will also explore deep relaxation and meditation skills and discover how we can all take these powerful tools into our daily lives in a truly meaningful and transformational way.
