Anthea Hardwick
Anthea has been working with breath, movement and energy awareness in her kahuna massage practice for the past 16 years. She has been facilitating movement retreats for 14 years. Nia became an integral part of her life 10 years ago and she has been teaching Nia classes for the past 8 years: “I have a deep love for movement, music and people. Nia has not only fulfilled and deepened my relationship with all of these aspects, it has opened me to more of my creativity, capacity for growth, health and personal development. To move with awareness and to explore my body’s possibilities in a joyful dance form, has been a great gift. It is my delight to share this self-healing, joyful art with you.”
