Candice has a special interest in working with mindfulness and creating a better understanding of the mind-body connection as a way to effectively manage stress. Symptoms of stress and burnout are pervasive and becoming far more prevalent in modern society. Candice believes that addressing these issues, through mindfulness-based practice, may result in an improved overall sense of well-being.
