Daniel is well-known at Emoyeni for his love of exquisite vegetarian and vegan food. His retreats on seasonal living present the idea of engaging with our surroundings to create a more compassionate awareness of our bodies. More recently, Daniel has begun to offer retreats which present even more practical ways of infusing our day-to-day lives with kindness. He writes extensively about holistic well-being, and offers private sessions in wellness coaching.
