Paul had been involved with the world of Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi and Qi Gong and Sacred Music since 1987. He originally certified in the B.K.S Iyengar school and then went on to gain his 500- hour certification from the Yoga Alliance International. Paul is the founder of the Sacred Spiral Yoga School, is also YAI certified, and has taught a variety of yoga classes, private instruction, yoga holidays, workshops and retreats. All Paul’s work includes a strong elemental theme of ‘sacred’ music.
