Pete is a yoga teacher specializing in teaching yoga to seniors and mature beginners. He was trained in the Sivananda form of yoga at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Kerala, India. He is registered with the Yoga Alliance and the International Association of Yoga.
