Sharyn West
Sharyn has been teaching the Alexander Technique (AT) for 25 years. She combined teaching with her work as a university educator (teaching philosophy, ethics and research in health and social care) and as a physical therapist (massage, reflexology and manual lymph drainage). She is known for her ability to help people find greater clarity about their embodied experience and helping them learn how to be more effective. She enjoys communicating the principles of Alexander work so that anyone can enjoy them, apply them intellectually and in everyday experience of living.
