YAGESHREE  has been practising yoga since 2009 and completed the Jim Harrington/ Yoga Synergy 300-hour teacher training programme in 2016. Since then, she has led yoga classes with diverse groups – from corporates and parks to studios and schools. Yageshree draws from the Vinyasa, Iyengar and Yin yoga styles to teach yoga with a balance of effort and ease. She sees yoga as a union of Eastern philosophy and Western medicine and so incorporates mindfulness, energy work and ayurveda in her sessions. Her sessions offer a calm, kind space which invites a deeper connection, within and beyond yourself.
