My organization is In Every Person A Universe, or IEPAU. I design and facilitate group dialogues to help people connect, open up, and dialogue on topics most do not ordinarily have the opportunity to talk about safely. Aside from group dialogues, I do 1:1 coaching. This I find is the greatest need for folks, especially before some feel comfortable entering a group setting.

Through IEPAU, I am co-creating a communication ecology of authentic, loving, in-person human connection in a hyper-digitized world. I’m also here to teach about communication — it is not what most of us grew up understanding it is.

In a more practical sense, I teach synergizing. Have you ever had a conversation with a coworker or stranger where you walked away feeling deeply seen and felt? You thought to yourself on the drive home, “Wow, that was so cool! Almost magical. We really hit it off. What was that? I was able to talk about things I hardly EVER open up about, or things NO ONE asks me about.” My work is to show how to cultivate those kinds of connections intuitively.
