Our world is filled with sound. From the incessant daily wash of city traffic, the seemingly ubiquitous din of music, ambient sound, also the calm and beautiful sound of birds and the natural world to even the sound of our own heartbeat, heard at times when we are very quite and still.
Over this Sacred Spiral Yoga retreat we will be exploring sound and silence as a powerful tool to deepen our personal meditation and spiritual journey. I will include gently refreshing body and breath work, the use and mechanism of Tibetan Overtone Chanting and Singing Bowl’s, Mantra and much more. As always on our retreat’s I will present a full Sacred Spiral Sound Journey with deep relaxation to finish.
