TIME TO WRITE: “Creative practice for an inspired life” (Suleika Jaouad, 2025)
This retreat is for friends, colleagues, writers, non-writers who would like to explore their writing ideas, writing projects and their creativity in a supportive and quiet space.
We offer a gentle approach to writing, whether you want to explore writing your story, or work on a specific writing project or research article. Our aim is: finding ways in to writing as creative practice.
As writing draws on creativity and authenticity, we will focus on play, becoming energized, overcoming writer’s block, finding our voice, and gaining insight into what we want to say.
We explore how mindfulness contributes to developing as a writer and enjoying the writing process. We will present opportunities to clarify what we want to write, as well as key strategies and advice from established writers. There will be significant time set aside for actual writing – and reflecting.
The mindfulness approach will include offerings of Tai Chi and meditation.
