In this retreat, you will:
- Unplug and detox digitally in an environment engineered for deep nervous system rest.
- Practice non-performance connection, engaging with community outside the labels of career, titles, or productivity.
- Experience facilitated dialogue & embodiment practices, including emotional check-ins, breathwork, and conscious activations.
- Engage in a restorative sound journey and guided meditations designed to help you integrate and drop into quiet contemplation.
- Cultivate new creative paradigms that shift your relationship to art-making—from trauma to healed, unified presence.
What’s Included in Your Stay
Your stay includes daily dialogue circles designed and facilitated by Gloria, sound healing, meditation, and alongside three wholesome meals provided by the Emoyeni kitchen, created to accommodate your dietary needs. You will also have full access to the peaceful grounds for hiking, resting, and personal reflection, as well as a curated retreat packet for your guided sessions.
The Experience Flow
Your weekend begins on Friday Evening with grounding breathwork, emotional check-ins, and shared intentions. Saturday balances morning sessions with dedicated afternoon open time for resting or hiking, closing with an evening sound journey. Sunday Morning’s session focuses on final integration, group reflection and affirmation. Departure after lunch.
Retreat Container & Guidelines
To maintain energetic safety and emotional rest for all participants:
- Digital Detox: Guests will be asked to power down mobile devices for the duration of the weekend.
- Identity Detox: We encourage participants to refrain from sharing job titles or career accomplishments to anchor in presence over performance.
- Total Confidentiality: All dialogue sessions operate under strict privacy to honor the collective space.
